1.1產品概述

智能電網的蓬勃發展，需要越來越多的數據量支持，光纖作為一個穩定高質量的通訊媒介而被廣泛的運用；但光纖材質有一定的局限性，光纖連接通常采用熔接的方法，需要專用熔接設備和專業人員操作；熔接耗時長；熔接部位所需的存儲和保護空間大，且管理復雜。而預制光纜具有結構簡單，徒手安裝，盲配連接，安全可靠，耗時少，占空間小，使用壽命長等優點，增加少量投資就可以大幅度縮短施工周期，提高智能變電站的抗故障能力，于是預制光纜得到市場的親賴。主要應用于：室外通信設備，智能變電站、室外惡劣環境下光纖通信、拉遠通信基站、軍用通信設備、鐵路信號控制、礦井等惡劣環境。

1.3預制光纜分為插頭光纜組件和插座光纜組件

插頭光纜蛆件：主要由插頭、室外光纜和其他輔助材料蛆成，插頭通過附件和室外光纜蛆合在一起，適應戶內外敷設。

芯數主要為 4、8. 12 ,可根據實際需求定制。
